so a few weeks ago my boyfriend and i were having sex. all of a sudden it started to Hurt Really Bad. when i got home it got worse. i started to get dry, itchy, a burning sensation when i urinated, and the Lips and the outside of my vagina were swollen. i came to the conclusion that it was a yeast infection. the doctor prescribed me a pill that would flush it out of my system. it worked for the most part but, i still feel dry, and itchy sometimes. there is no Natural moisture like there once was.     Hi Asia,

    Finishing your pill does not necessarily mean that the infection is gone. Your symptoms have been assuaged to a certain extent but not completely gone. Remember that your diet is a HUGE factor when it comes to eliminating yeast in your body. So if you are currently consuming SUGARS, STARCH, REFINED carbohydrates, or ALCOHOL than I would recommend you stop immediately.
