my vagina is too dry during sex i have to use jells to add moisture… I just don’t get wet and I’m very conscious about it which takes away from the love making. Is there a way to improve on this naturally by dieting or anything else?

    dehydrated?

First of all, are you properly aroused (turned on) when you have sex? That is the most common cause of vaginal dryness.

When the female gets aroused, glands inside the vagina start producing a special thick slippery lubricating fluid. So it may not be YOU, it may be your sexual partner not doing it for you. Try more foreplay, rather than focusing on penetration.

Good sex is not about sticking a penis inside a vagina and going hell for leather. Do some searching on the internet about foreplay strategies and sexual arousal.

As for having an orgasm, every woman is physically capable of having one. Why not try having one when you are by yourself, by exploring your body and finding out what feels good, and what gets you going. Explore your clitoris, try different things with it and just see what happens. It does take practice, and a skilled lover knows this.

First and foremost, make sure you’re drinking enough water throughout the day. Drink even when you don’t feel thirsty. Because you probably still are. :D
Definitely consult your doctor about this. There might be a pill somewhere you could take… Though I personally don’t endorse pharmaceuticals. I’d suggest for you to eat healthier. Eat less sulfurous foods (like onions or peppers), drink less soda, eat less dairy, eat more fruit!
    Good luck :))

Some people are that way. More common that you think. Sometimes it has to do with being turned on by whom you are with. A soul mate thing.
